Kato Shigeaki, real profession idol.
To cook the fishes he catches he bought a big number of kitchen's knives from a famous cutlery shop.
To unify his spirits before the concerts he wasn't sure if he could sharpen them in the dressing room or not, of course not.
When he catches lots of fishes it seems that he deals them to his acquaintances after filleting them by himself.
One day I'll end up wandering around the neighboorhood saying "Madam~ I have here some fillet I just prepared~"...it seems we heard him murmuring this...

[Shaaa... Shoooo...]

[ daelite it wasn't a driving pic :D]

Actually last month I went to NY. A friend of mine who lived in NY before wanted to go back there again and I went with him. Wah local people are really great. I asked if he knew a good, encouraging restaurants. I could eat in many places different types of food: Hamburgers, Italian food, bagel, oysters, Vietnam food. The most interesting one was the Japanese restaurant. Daring to eat Japanese food abroad is like a bet but surely it's interesting. What do I mean? Nee, look at this picture, can you tell the name of this dish? ...the filling is Unagi. Covered with pie dough. Yes. Unagi Pie. Unagi Pie, Unagi Pie!! Hamamatsu it's surprised too. On the very menu it's written UNAGIPAI. I didn't know what to use as example but this is the real, genuine Unagi Pie. This one. Of course it was delicious. On the contrary why the Shizuoka's sweet was so bad it's a mistery.

[You can't talk like this and then tell me that you ate Italian food in USA =.= Come in Italy to taste the real thing *v*]

My main objective for the trip was, of course, taking pictures. This time I brought with me a film camera and the digital 1 lens reflex but I wanted to use mainly the film one. However...cameras are really some delicate machines. It broke during the trip. Nothing more to do. So for the other half of the journey I used the digital one. Well, the big chance, the main event for a picture was the night scenary of NY. Because NY landscape at night is famous for its beauty. Scyscrapers. This is what you can see from Brooklin Village, I went there carrying my beloved digital camera and I was ready to shoot...Eh? I can't press the shutter...This one broke too!? ...No, impossible. The battery is dead...I was all enthusiastic and I forgot to charge it...Aaahhhh!!!! What did I do!! This is so me, for real. Anyway I had this beautiful, wide scenary in front of my eyes... *click* Never before this I was so much happy that my phone has a camera.

[Awwww poor Shige, his super expensive cool film camera broke @_@]
