This sounds like PE class and getting the doctor's note to let you out of swimming or something.
"Dear Dining Services Director: Please allow Heather to remain off-board for the remainder of her time at Knox. Your food sucks and it will kill her otherwise. Sincerely, Doctor X"

What's worse is that I do have two doctors notes saying that I shouldn't be on board. But Dining Services is still giving me the runaround.

Knox Dining Services is so full of itself. Maybe one of your notes should go into gruesome detail over what would happen if you didn't eat what your doctor told you to eat.
