I was in the registrar's office today, registering my honors and getting transcript request forms, and I discovered that YES there is a form for s/u grading.
I forgot to think about actually TAKING one for you. I suck. But they are there, in the Registrar's office.
It says Elective Satisfactory/Unsatisfactory Grading is now an electronic form. Click on Academic Information for Students from Office of Registrar Home Page to access the form.
So I go look at my registrar page. Nothing. I try the help page. The links that were there are no longer. So I email the registrar who tells me that it's no longer online and you have to go there and fill out a form.
Now what other school do you know that makes things *more* complicated for us, and moves from electronic forms to making more paperwork? Aren't we concerned about paper here? Isn't that why I get charged if I print too many pages?
