Why is everyone always trying to act older than they are? Why is it so inappropriate to act your age?

Seriously though, I agree, everyone acts older than they are. School forces you to, parents force you to, work forces you to, society forces you to.
It's funny you mention that actually, i was just thinking about how i wish i would be allowed to act "a little" bit younger and not be thought of as weird. lol

girl, i totally agree. that's how my little sister ended up pregnant. thinking she was a grown woman (at 16).. good lord. it's the media.
