My friend Zandra effing rocks and gave me a $125 treatment at the Glen Ivy Spa. I'm torn between a facial and body wrap (massages at the Massage Therapy school are half the price of a day spa and just as great, so I'd rather go there for that!). I loooove facials, but I've never had a body wrap. Has anyone ever had one? Thoughts? If both

I've done body wraps.

The ones at Burke Williams are awesome. While you're wrapped up, you get facials at the same time and you get foot massages!!

The one I had in Hawaii was a totally different experience. I was wrapped up in this heavy plastic thingy and put in this "bath tub." It's like I was floating. It was so cool. I almost fell asleep.

Do a wrap since you've never done it before!!

haha, only had 2 facials (both of them on-the-house for my writing job) ~ never a wrap -- took a looksie on the site... maybe you can get a mini-facial and one of the less pricey wraps? (and fork about 10-30 dollars more)

i think it's pretty much like a facial for the whole body, plus a warm wrap to relax and stimulate, if that makes sense. i don't really know aside from that it sounds tight!
