Off the subject, however, Adrian Oca is going to become our new GM for the time being as our current GM Will is moving up in the company and therefore transferring out of our store. Any advice on this guy?
Hmmm, to be quite honest, Adrian and I didn't get along famously (he notoriously didn't like "smart" girls), but I think I got to know him pretty well. On the professional side, he's OBSESSED with E3, punctuality to the second and neatness and organization. He used to always give us these little trivia quizzes during jump start to prove how much smarter he was than us (I got most of the answers right which peeved him). Personally, I think if you're on his good side he really looks out for you. He takes care of his favorites, so try to be one of those. He really loves girls with no scheduling conflicts who are willing to devote their lives to Hooters. He's Cuban and probably still looks older than he actually is. If he's still single then he's probably pretty frugal, but he does have a thing for nice cars.
