Due to the recent quarrel on my fb page,
i would like to clarify this problem to those who have spree-d with me before in case another quarrel happens again.
Regarding the negative comment, i have decided to screen it not because i was afraid other peeps would know but because there was some untruths in it.
These are some of the examples which the anon stated in her negative comment regarding the way i do my sprees:
1. Did not reply promptly to emails
2. Was not able to self deliver the items to her
3. Dishonesty
However, this was not true.
Firstly, I was not able to reply promptly because i was not able to access my email account & firefox/ internet explorer was unable to open the hotmail webpage.
I'm sure alot of peeps have encountered such problems using firefox and it's a common fact that sometimes cookies fail to load & im not a technician so there's no way im able to solve the webpage problem.
Moreover, i did try my best to reply as fast as possible even though i was in school. I understand that every customer will of course be anxious about her own items, fearing that this might be a scam.
Secondly, yes, in my email, i did state that i will be doing self-delivery to those who opt for normal mail. However, the self delivery will only take place at the nearest mrt station.
This is an extract of the email which i sent to anon:

once it's mail-ed to my house i will be delivering it personally to your nearest MRT station.
this is because there has been lots of cases of lost mails hence to avoid those, i will be self delivering it to you :D

Hence, on the day when the items arrived, i quickly contacted everyone including anon about the arrival. Moreover, on the next day, i was able to meet her friend at jurong east mrt station & refunded her the amount of postage.
Lastly, regarding the issue of dishonesty, it was not entirely my fault that gmarket/ems was unable to ship the goods over at the specified timing. I hope you are able to understand that gmarket sometimes delay the goods which are meant to be delivered. I had done my utmost best to deliver the goods to every customer who spree-d with me.
In addition, i have also email-ed anon regarding the issue. I hope you will reply me soon so we can resolve this problem.
