Sam and I put a bid in on a house last week. It had only been on the market for two days but three business days later we found out there had been 6 bids on it already. Sam had to frantically try and get a hold of me since I was at clinical and leave my phone in the car during the day since I can't get a signal anyway. She called the hospital

Now apparently we are the highest bidder and as long as the finances do not pull up any red flags we're good.
