I don't think her being opposed to you taking so many credits would stop her from signing the form. Lots of people take classes pass/fail even when they aren't under a heavy load. It's merely a way to guard your GPA. And if you haven't done this before (or very often) she should really have no objections to it. At least in my opinion. :)
