So I had a horrible day yesterday.  A caretaker lashed out at me during a shift, implying that I don't know how to do my job and that I wasn't watching the child (Of course I was making sure he was safe...although "babysitting" isn't in my job description).  I had the feeling that she'll blame every single tantrum he has on me...he has autism,
