I looked at Skidmore today. I got in the car at the end of the day and said to Mum, "Oh, we have to go back." "Why?" "Because I left my heart in little pieces on the floor of the Atrium." Because frankly, Skidmore only accepts 10% of its applicants. About 7000 apply; and about 700 get in. But guess what?

I HAVE A STORY ABOUT THAT HOUSE. We used to pass it when walking into town every weekend, and there was always some fancy party going on or whatever with cocktails and snooty people. So one day, somebody brought an iHome, and we all lined up in front of the gates and started doing the Cotton-Eyed Joe for them. IT WAS PRETTY MUCH AMAZING. XD

YOU GUYS ARE GIVING ME CAMP WITHDRAWAL SYMPTOMS, OH MY GOD I LOVE SKIDMORE SO MUCH. I don't think I'd apply because it doesn't have the major I want, but that campus feels so much like home I'm kind of tempted to try to get in anyways.

Wait, hang on-- your nerdcamp is run by Johns Hopkins but takes place on the Skidmore campus? YOU HAVE PROBABLY EXPLAINED THIS LIKE EIGHTY TIMES BUT I AM A FAILBOAT :B

Also, fun story: my dad was asking me if any of my friends were looking at colleges, and I mentioned that you had gone to Johns Hopkins because they ran your camp and they were sending you much stuffs.
Dad: Oh yeah, that's right. Johns Hopkins, that's a good school. Is she looking to go into pre-med?
Me: AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
Dad: What?
Me: Um. No. XD

CTY is a Johns Hopkins program, but it has a bunch of sites at a bunch of different colleges, mostly in the northeast. I actually have probably not explained that very clearly, BUT NOW YOU KNOW.

AHAHAHA I WOULD BE THE FAILIEST DOCTOR EVER. (Unless I got my PhD in Horribleness <3)
