I know it has been a long time since I've updated, and I'm sorry it has taken so long! I was pretty busy with Rudy visiting and us touring Beijing and whatnot, and then after that I just felt a bit overwhelmed for a while about how much I might have to say on here. But I'll try to keep it short(ish) so as not to overwhelm you

How neat! I loved seeing all the pictures- for some reason, they haven't been showing up in my FB feed. Sledding on the ice looks so goofy! And it's awesome that you got to see sunrise on the Great Wall. Rock on!

Hehe, it was - we were pulling ourselves along with those sticks, and it was hard to steer sometimes and not run into people! People were making big long trains with the sleds (each one seats two) and it was really amusing to watch. :)

Haha, yeah, at first I was unsure about trying the ice sledding, but I'm really glad we did - it was one of the most fun things we did on our trip.

The stinky tofu might sound amusing, but it definitely doesn't smell or taste amusing!
