This is exactly why Canada seems like a better country than the US. Damn right I said it. This country has pissed on gay people far too long. I decided recently to get more political because I want to live in the U.S. and want a normal life. I heard that there was a Christian Fundamentalist Organization trying to put out ads about Annise Parker, saying that a gay person is not fit to run the nation's 4th largest city. If I see the ad or find some people that have recorded it, I am going to take it up the proper channels (HRC, GLAAD, ACLU) and file whatever complaint, lawsuit is fucking necessary because that is bullshit! No more sitting aside and watching this shit happen!
