A vaguely real update.

I've gotten into the unfortunate habit of posting everyday stuff to facebook only (not that I'm *terribly* voluble there either), and then putting here only the things that I feel I can't say more publicly, even in vaguebook form.  Which results in a weird, dark, and cryptic LJ presence.  So.  What's the ups with me
