So, Friday we got a SNOW DAY. Only, it didn't snow, just rained, and then froze. We had lots of ice on the outside of the house and lots of people on the inside of the house. I pretended to be domesticated and made awesome beef and barley soup and not so awesome potato bread that was more potato than bread ( Read more... )

Come on up my way. Not only do I have about 3 feet of snow blanketing my yard, but it was -17 this morning when I was leaving for work. The windchill puts it at anywhere between -30 to -45.

Bah.

I am looking forward to seeing a Robin around these parts. This winter has been a hard one, and we still have a solid 3 months to go. I hope I make it.
