From: Wendy Darling, Kensington, Lily (Thank you. It's something I've gotten used to doing with everyone around here, except for the young ones, who tend to think that I'm bonkers if I call myself Wendy.) To: Miller, Erica
*hugs* Thanks, Erica. I'm...actually quite relieved to be leaving. It will be so much easier to not have to pretend to be someone I'm not anymore, even if only for a while. I'll miss the children dearly, and fret about them constantly, but they have plenty of people to look after them with Mother and Father, and the older Kensington children there.
Aw, thanks, dear! I'd love to stay with you. I do say it would be nicer, cheaper, and safer than a hotel. I'll be sure to stop by as soon as I reach the city.
"Erica! Thank God, it's finally letting me leave a message. My phone has been acting weird, and maybe yours too, I don't know. I've called and called, but it keeps disconnecting, and now I'm babbling about that when I should be asking where the hell are you? I haven't seen you in days and I am out of my mind with worry here! Did something happen? Did you run into one of the villains? Or some other trouble? Are you okay?"
She pauses, breathing heavily from saying so much so fast. "Please, please, please get back to me and/or come home and tell me what's going on! What's this about fairy tale names on your phone? You know that's us, don't you? You haven't forgotten--" The answering service cuts her off. That's the end of the message.
