I'm obviously speaking more about in normal lifestyle usage... sure in roleplay... there are hundreds of mythological examples of deities taking human form... so sure.
See, there is a certain inadequacy in the formation of titles... Doctoral or Medical titles and Esquire for lawyers etc all have functional requirements... keep in mind that the most protocol oriented lifetyle communities have just as stringent learning experiences as any law degree.
Also many lifestylers have been practicing for far longer than any Doctor has by the time they can be called a doctor, and people in the lifestyle tend to learn a great deal about a variety of subjects rather than focusing on just one... for instance any long time edge player will know the legal aspects of their art along with the physiological aspects and emotional ones as well.
So I can give someone the benefit of the doubt with regards to Master or Mistress.
