I will. We're lucking out in many different facets -- for one, my aunt is our realtor which cuts out a lot of the excess bullshit. There are many other reasons why this rocks so much but the bottom line is we're getting a house and it will be within the next few months. It's awesome. And i wish we didn't sign on for a second lease on our current apartment before we started looking dammit lol
