If you haven't been keeping tabs on my facebook status messages or the updates on marisa-and-dan.com, then I'm just letting everyone know that we've put an offer on a house that we've been falling in love with for the past two weeks, and the owner has accepted our offer. I just hired an inspector to check out the house and do a termite inspection

yayy houses are soooo much better. so much. OMFG PRIVACY. OMFG EQUITY. OMFG you are responsible to fix your own stuff, but you can get someone COMPETENT to fix it. YAY!
