I think it is time to try going vegetarian again. Not just for ethical sake which is naturally a big deal, but also I think my random fatigue may be linked, and as I am not a big exerciser I ought to cut meat and other bad stuff like that anyway out for energy/health's sake. I was vegetarian my entire freshman year of college b/c I had a vegetarian roommate.
My boss and one of my coworkers (who is Hindi) are vegan so of course the pressure is there to pursue the lifestyle again.
I am trying to be more of a "local vegan" and avoid processed food or produce shipped from the Mainland.
At least I stopped eating fried food. That took off about 20 pounds right there.
