I got in to cosmetology school. I start on the 3rd. The local Regional Occupational Program pays the $6800 tuition as long as I go full time. It should take me 9 - 10 months to get licensed ( Read more... )

Thanks :) I start on Tuesday. On my feet all day. from 8:30 in the morning to 5 in the afternoon. Eeek.
Not sure if it's what I'll do for the rest of my life, but it can be a start. I'd really like to get my BS in Bio or Chem and go from there. But this cosmotology thing can be fun.

lol my sisters and i were laughing at that estate sale. we saw the "lovely" posterboard sign out on lincoln. LOL

that's so exciting about beauty school! wow! when you need someone to practice on (especially nails) i'm so there! :)
