I know you've taken a lot on your shoulders, and it sounds like you could honestly use some help in your day to day tasks of helping your parents. Even though you've done it for years, things can come to a point where a single person can't really do it all.

I don't really know where I'm going with all of this besides saying that perhaps you should think about asking someone to help some? I'm sure there are agencies out there that are willing to work with people to help them care for loved ones who can't exactly care for themselves.

And please don't take this as me saying you can't do it all, cause you've totally proven you can. I just gleam from what you've said as a sort of plea for help in some sort of fashion; even if it is to give you some sort of piece of mind that your parents are cared for, and you can still continue on with your daily life a little less stressed.

you have taken a lot to taking care of your parents like that *hugs* hopefully things will start to get better for you soon. with any luck they will start feeling better.
