I hate distance ... Who know 45 minutes could be so much of a pain-in-the-ass? It's 1:20 and I'm finally crashing, she's finally home safe ...
Had an excellent time today, Sunday that is. Ed was up from Texas with Evelyn for our friend's wedding. We, and Alison (hmm ... is it Allison? Alison?), went into the city to see Blue Man Group ... which was a great show. Anyway, it was just a really fun time. I think they all got along pretty well, at least I hope they did. Anyway, trying to take it slow, but I want to jump into it ... as I usually do ... but I can't, I'm just worried about what to trust, ya know? I trust her, but should I? I trust my heart, but again, should I? God knows where it's led me before! Not that I regret any of my past relationships, but still.
Steve made an interesting observation of me the otherday. Something about "Jay, don't let the sudden prospect of pussy make you so ready to attach" ... and it's not that, heck we kiss and that's all, but still ... I'm very quick to attach and it kinda worries me. I do really like her, we get along great, and we have a fun time. We have a bunch in common, and no I'm not just making it up. Same personality quirks, same basic interests, with enough variety to keep things interesting.
It was funny though ... You know Animal from the Muppets? Yeah, that's how he described me. "WOMAAAAAN!!! WOOOOMAAAAAN!!!!" LOL ... almost fell right outta that chair.
Anywho, I'm sure you read this Alison. Maybe this isn't the best way to think things out, with you reading about it, but as you said, we met here ... you lucked out to have insite into my insides and you still hung around. Hopefully you still will :)
That said ... I'm very happy tonight ... I really did have an excellent time, and I really do enjoy every minute with you :) You even carressed my forearm without giving it second thought ... and ya did it for like 15 minutes! Big points on that one!!!
