What's the Brethren Court?

I'm just curious, since my world has nothing like the airship Captain Bunansa drew for me.

The Brethren Court is a gathering of pirate lords who meet to discuss pirate politics in times of trouble.

I've seen bigger ships, but the design is pretty cool! Then again, I've only seen air fleets, not sky pirate ships.

So even pirates have to discuss their own politics? I guess it's not all just 'ARR' and 'YER WALKIN' THE PLANK', eh? Heheh!

Don't get me wrong, Jack - being Pirate King is an honour, but there are better ways to challenge someone's opinion than shooting them in the head.
