Head canon and you!

Answers from the head-canon meme, cleaned up and posted here for your convenience.

Q: How does he feel about the whole demony thing?
A: It's actually a multi-layered issue with him. On the surface, he's resolutely okay with it. It hasn't changed who he is as a person, and having all this new power and the ability to reconcile things in the demon world and bring about peace is awesome. But dig a little deeper, and hoshit, he's going to outlive the woman he loves, and his best friend (the only two connections he really has to humanity) which he is really, really not okay with, but just refusing to think about. Apart from that, the only thing that worries him is how people in general are going to react. He doesn't give a fuck, per say, but he wants very badly to be viewed as Yusuke Urameshi and not oh that demon, so he's walking a fine line with who he tells about it.

Q: Does he have an after-fight routine?
A: Apart from the customary victory dance, Yusuke sleeps. He has been shown throughout canon as literally passing out in coma-like sleep after going through extremely strenuous ordeals, such as recieving the spirit orb from Genkai, so it stands to reason that after a particularly hard fight, his body reacts similiarly.

Q: If Keiko were to show up in the city RIGHT NOW, what would he do?
A: If he had a heartbeat, it would literally stop for a minute. He would very quietly and very privately die of happiness and excitement, and then immediately show up wherever she was. All that happiness and excitement would be very much internalized, but because it's Keiko, she'd know exactly what the quiet little smile he had on would mean.

Q: "WHEN DID HE AND KEIKO DO THE NASTY OR HAVE THEY YET"
A: As of the end of the series, I am going with no, they haven't, for serveral reasons.
One, first and most importantly, Keiko isn't that kind of girl, as she's stated very loudly and very firmly on more than one occasion. Keep in mind, Japanese standards for what is and isn't appropriate is different, and Keiko was raised in that culture. Even if she and Yusuke had grown up without all the crazy supernatural circumstances, they wouldn't have had sex at that point, simply because Keiko would smack Yusuke into next week if he even proposed the idea.
Two, passing over what I just outlined, they just never had the time for it. By the time they were both anywhere near the age for it, Yusuke was packing up and heading off the demon world to deal with the Makai and all the other crazy happenings going on down there, and Keiko was not invited on that particular jaunt.
Third, they just aren't like that. The focus of their relationship is not sex. The focus of their relationship probably never will be sex. They always have been and always will be in love with each other, and while sex is very much a part of that, there's so much more to it. When Yusuke thinks of Keiko, he doesn't think, "Oh man, I can't wait to get in her pants," what he thinks is, "Oh man, I can't wait to grow old with her." When Tugoro taunts him about aging, and about Keiko aging, Yusuke's response is that he welcomes that. ("I look forward to growing old with her.") He's not in this for sex, or for physical reasons. Yusuke's in this because he wants to be with Keiko, end of story.

Q:Do you think Yusuke ever reconciles with his birth papa?
A: Gut response says no.
Yusuke's relationship and feelings on his birth papa are...hard to put into words because so little is stated about this guy in canon. The most we ever see of him is maybe three panels in the manga and five seconds in the anime, and none of that involves this man interacting with Yusuke. He's interacting with Atsuko, Yusuke's mother, and Atsuko takes him to see Yusuke's ramen stand, mentions it's Yusuke's eighteenth birthday. The mystery father asks if he should go say something and Atsuko's response is "No...I think he would kill you. No, literally, I think he would. It's not a good idea." and everything I have to say after this is drawn from what this implies.
Yusuke had a rough childhood. Atsuko is described time and again as a flake, but she was terribly young when she had Yusuke. She wasn't cut out for motherhood, and wound up brushing him off a lot of the time. He probably had the loneliest childhood ever, except for Keiko. And Yusuke attaches most of the blame for that to his birth father. If he'd been around even fifty percent of the time, it would have made a huge different.
And the kicker, to me, is Yusuke's funeral. His birth father didn't show. Nothing is specifically said about this, but I think that in itself is the worst, most apathetic thing. Whether or not the man wanted to be a part of Yusuke's life, not to come to his funeral is the biggest, most specific way to say, "I don't give a fuck," out there. This man, whoever he was, had no desire to know his son, or even come pay his respects at Yusuke's funeral, and Yusuke knows all of this, and it pisses him off, when he lets himself think about it. So any and all chances of reconciliaton are nil. It will never happen, sorry to say.
