The animal edge is fading from the instincts now...it's easier to rein them in when I have to. I've still been staying in relative isolation, but I can be around people for short periods now without having to fight them as hard, so long as I've eaten soon beforehand. It is easier to keep my head than it was before.

I can't thank you enough, no matter how this turns out at this point.
