i did indeed use the f word. when she told me i'd have to go ALL the way back to buttcross gate to get my passport i said fuck multiple times. she felt bad and said sorry. it wasn't her fault, but oh well, she was there. i also said shit and jesus a lot. but mainly towards our crap government for their crap customs forms.
