Haha. Yeah. Some of those much anticipated books for young adults - like Eragon/Elder/Brinsgr/W/e series and the Twilight Series - really aren't that inticipating in my eyes.

Like, I heard all of this good shit about Twilight, and when I got it, I got through about half the book.
Last summer.

And Harry Potter takes forever to get somewhere.

And Eragon started out pretty good, but I bought another book called Everworld at the same time, and I glanced at the first chapter, and it mentioned a Taco Bell. And I liked Taco Bell back then, so I said, "Totally going to read this book NOW."

Plus they made/making all of those into movies now. *rolls eyes*

Usually, if a book doesn't grab my attention by chapter five (which could very well lead into the middle of the book), I just say "fuck it".

agree'd

i do recommend harry potter, it gets better with each book. i agree that 1-5 can drag but 6 and 7 are worth reading

Noway today, though.

Two-thirds of the way through this book. :P

It would kick ass to just not go to school (or work), and just read all day.

Cuz I dun want to go back to school.
