Is there somewhere you can complain to about this? Seriously, that's out and out discrimination and over here you can take a person to court for it.

I was on the job hunt a few years ago, and I signed up with this temp agency. My rep asked if I would go on this interview, which, far as I know, was a normal office gig. But then she said she sent my picture to the hiring manager, and said outright that this woman hired people with a certain type of appearance, and told me that the woman was on the fence about interviewing me based on my picture. She then tried to get me to be grateful for it. I left the agency after that phone call.
