You're so right about the glass. *opens the window*

Tea sounds LOVELY. How about tomorrow afternoon? It's supposed to be nice out. Boston Common would be very fun - we could meet by the pond with the swan boats. Shall we dress up and make it a proper tea time? Pity I don't have white gloves, but I'm sure I can find a semi-Victorian blouse and skirt. I don't have a tea-appropriate hat though - might you have an extra? I could certainly bring a blanket and a cushion, and perhaps some frippery scarves to scatter about. I also know where to find some wonderful coconut macaroons. How divine - the Queen would be proud of us!

i wish i had gloves too!!! i have had many beautiful pairs but i always lose them!!!!

the common would be fine i would think, there is a little bridge near the swan boats we should meet on. you would surely know me when you saw me for i will be wearing a hat and will probably be spinning in circles or something silly like that!

i think around 2:30 would be a good time, maybe??? i need time after i wake up to loaf before i can do anything like get things together.......

my number is 781-248-5943, my boyfriend is on the answering machine, should his voice surprise you. i dont have a phone of my own, and he doesnt care not to share so it's not a problem.

Okay, I'll head for the bridge and watch for the spinning! :))
Actually, could we make it 1:30? I have to make it back to campus a little before 4:00pm for something I completely forgot about. There's still enough time for loafing though, I think (which I will certainly need too!).
Tell me if the time works, otherwise I'll call you tomorrow morning.
Ta, dahling!

Among other things, I use she and her when talking about countries, and some people find it incredibly odd.

I miss the mountains. God willing, I will return to them this summer.

Though, I've put some thought into wondering if I find all places indescribably beautiful before, and I think the answer is probably no.

Here's why: I'm not sure I like New England. When I went to New Hampshire the August before last, the trees and the air and the sun were not nearly as entrancing as Minnesota or Portland.

Also, I think Tuscany is incredibly beautiful, I mean, simply amazingly so, but, again, not as much as Portland or Minnesota. Also, inside. I tend not to find inside buildings nearly as beautiful as outside. Same with cars.

I have a goal in life to go visit a desert and a rainforest and various other biomes. I have this theory that, while they're probably all extremely beautiful, I'll like certain biomes more than others.

Oh, yeah, one more thing, about the feminine/masculine thing:

When I first got my computer, I named it Zim because it was green, and "zim" was short and would always appear at the end of a network listing (and thus stand out). I think because of this, I started calling my computer a he. This persisted until last semester, when it started to overheat frequently and require constant attention and luck, and I found myself calling it a she. ENTIRELY NOT ON PURPOSE.

Now (and I've since fixed its fan, thus making it run longer and quieter), I'm not sure what gender I think of my computer as.
