Ten years

Norah makes a cake
Norah has made me a pretend cake out of paper. It is my birthday cake she says. It's a Big Bang Theory cake!!
Well, it makes sense. She had a Dora the Explorer cake last year and a Wiggles birthday cake the year before. So people have cakes from their favourite TV show. So it is indeed absolutely logical that I should have a Big Bang Theory ( Read more... ) -
Norah at 3.5
Norah is three and a half today!! Wow, that only leave six months to plan her next birthday, which will be a Cinderella/princess party. This was decided the day after her last birthday party :-)
She is a delight. She is clever and chatty and compassionate. She loves watching Dora the Explorer and Go, Diego, Go! The Wiggles are no longer the ( Read more... ) -

In the Netherlands
Well, as I've been here two weeks now I should probably update!
My housesitter SR gave us a lift to the airport. We were running reasonably on time. I had spend the morning packing and weighing suitcases and pulling things out. 20kg each is a ridiculously small amout to travel with! Norah is three!
Norah turned three today. It was her party on Saturday and we had a lovely time with a bunch of her friends, including daycare friends for the first time ever. We had a face painter who was a great success. I baked a birthday cake shaped like a 3, and we found a Dora the Explorer figure to go on top of it. Phone changed
Thanks for the phone advice, everyone! Today I paid out my contract with Telstra (only cost $20) and swiched to Vodaphone 365 days credit. -
