Moving slow today but at least my back is NOT hurting. Of course as soon as the numbing agent wears off the story will change. Slept well last night aside from the usual bathroom trips. Folks always tell me to drink more water. When my sugar goes up I don't have to check it because I get horribly thirsty, that just seems to happen at night of ( Read more... )

Lets see if this goes through. Live Journal sure is touchy. Lost the comment before this one. All is good here in Michigan, weather has been much nicer the last few days, I sweat terrible when the temp goes over 65 and we've had 90's off an on for weeks. It's a real blessing having air. Hugs

I'm glad you are getting some relief. Our poor old bodies seem to have a new ailment ready to pounce when we get rid of a problem. In any case I'll keep praying for you.

Thanks Ava I plopped in the office chair today and caused instant pain like a knife. But I got to moving again and ran HEB run.
