1) Duplicate base and set to Soft Light 100%
2) Create a new fill layer and fill it with 8bc6d4. Set to Color Burn 50%.
3) Create a Color Balance layer.
Midtones: -50, -30, 10
Highlights: -20, -20, -30
4) Create a selective color layer.
Cyan: cyan=+100, black=+30
Blue: black=+30
5) Set Master Saturation to +25
6) Set Contrast to +10
7) Create another Selective Color layer
Red: cyan=+20
8) Create a new fill layer and fill with c57f80. Set to Overlay 70%
9) Flatten Image
10) Duplicate base. Set to Screen 50%
