Kicking back a bit, now that the Portland Center Stage JAW/West festival is over.  Intense.  Good fun, but intense.  With my day job schedule, I was up at 5:30, going in to office at 7:00 each morning, leaving around 4:00, and then in rehearsal from 4:00 to 8:00.  With hanging out, that meant getting home around 9:30 or 10:00.  Made for a long week ( Read more... )

...to be utterly self-involved, and what the hell happens?  Everything from Gaza to Beirut goes up like an oil depot hit smack on with a LAWS rocket.  Jesus Christ.  If you can set this many fires by snatching Israeli soldiers and firing homemade rockets, I think a whole lot more soldiers are going to get nabbed and rocket fins welded.  In the past ( Read more... )

Oh man, we had a rehearsal for reading of "Lost Wavelengths" on Saturday, and it was so goddamn cool.
