I can only see Denmark/Norway happening if it was one-sided...
There is no doubt in my mind that Denmark likes Norway. But, Norway insults him in return, and shows no interest towards him whatsoever.

I'm not that well-versed in the Nordics as I am with other countries, but I can see what you mean.
And...the only reason I hate Greece/Turkey, is because I AM Greek, and therefore I have that dislike of Turkey ingrained in me already. So when I see fanart of them, I'm just like "OH NO. GET OFF OF MY ANCESTRAL HOMELAND, YOU BASTARD."
