I'm thinking of donating my hair (um, the hair on my head) to Locks of Love. Of course, I can't do this without cutting it all off. No, really. I can't. And so I must consider just why I have all this hair and whether I can and want to do without it. And I also must consider ( Read more... )

Locks of Love is great - one of my friends cut her hair off and gave them almost two feet. And, had I known I was going to lose eighteen inches of hair when I went in for a trim this one time, I would have donated, too.

How long does the hair you give have to be?

I haven't told you that horrible haircut story yet? It happened right here in Seattle...

...and um, if you can wait a couple months, I'll have ten inches to give as well! In the meantime, we can barge into hair styling salons and rifle through their hairstyle books if you'd like...

And, if you hadn't already guessed since you talked to her yesterday, Danica will be over tonight - just a heads up!
