So there was an amusement park here? Ruca wasn't all that much interested in things like that, but he thought to himself that taking a look couldn't hurt. Especially that he had never been to one before.

As he got to the place, he was amazed by how it looked. But soon his attention switched from the rides to the familiar figure he noticed.

"Seto?"

Then he's going to give into the temptation and hugs Ruca, not too tightly though.

"Why's that...?" Sniffle.

Surprised by the hug... but tries to hug back. It's a little awkward though.

"...Because you called me a friend." he looks a bit worried. "Seto... are you... crying?"

"I've always thought of you as a friend..."

He panics a little and pulls away, rubbing his eyes so that Ruca can't see the tears that are starting to fall. "N-No, I'm not..."

Ruca gives him another confused look.

"Always...?"

When Seto pulls away, Ruca looks at him even more confused than before, but then... he can help, but laugh a little at that.

And he nods to that. Of course always, Ruca's been so nice to him and as spent so much time with him. Why wouldn't he?

But he pouts a little when Ruca laughs and looks at him. "W-What?"

"...Why?" He looks a bit sad now. "I've always thought it takes a little more to become someone's friend..."

Ruca shakes his head. "No, it's nothing." He smiles apologetically.

"Well...You've been so nice to me and we spend a lot of time together, so I always thought of you as a friend." He gives him a soft smile.

Sniffle. "Okay..."

He thinks about it for a moment... Was that really...? "I see." Maybe he really is thinking too much about all of this. "Thank you, Seto." He smiles at him. "I'm really glad."

He laughs sheepishly. "You see... I'm really bad at making friends..."

He pats him a little on the back, hoping that it'll help.

"Y-You don't have to thank me."

He gives Ruca a confused look when he says that, wiping his eye one more time so he can look at him clearly. "What do you mean?" He seems so friendly, how could someone like that have troubles making friends??

It did help, in fact, he's smiling now.

"My classmates were always... laughing at me or teasing me... so I thought that people must really dislike me. And so, I started to isolate myself from them."

He looks a little sad now, maybe even regretful.

"...I didn’t even talked much to my parents anymore and rarely left my room." He looks at Seto. "Even though I lived in a world full of people I felt complete alone." He sighs. "But it was all my fault... It was all my fault that I didn't realize there are people who care about me..."

And then the frown returns as he stares at Ruca.

He goes to say something but instead just closes his mouth and hugs the other tightly. "It's not your fault....I understand, I'm the same way."

"The same... way?" he repeats with in a surprised tone. How could Seto be the same way as him?

He slightly shakes his head.

"Of course you're not." he says, still not believing that Seto could be the same like him. His voice grows quieter. "And it really is my fault."

How could Ruca blame himself like that? It makes Seto want to bop him on the head. Which he will do right about now after pulling away from the hug. It's not a very hard bop, in fact it shouldn't hurt.

"It's not your fault. You shouldn't blame yourself for something like that, it happens all the time!"

Ruca blinks a few times, surprised with that sudden bop on the head he just received from Seto. It didn't hurt, but still... he didn't expect that at all.

"I-I..." but in fact, he isn't sure what he wants to say. Apologize? Argue with Seto? No, definitely not the last one. But he can't think of anything he could say right now.

His gaze drops to the ground. He doesn't say anything in the end.

When Ruca doesn't say anything and just looks down, he frowns and brings the other back into a soothing hug. He didn't mean to upset him, he just doesn't want the boy to blame himself for something like that. Truth be told, he had done the same thing with Sai so he really does know what it's like.

"I'm sorry..."
