He'd wished them into existence, and even if it's chilly, he doesn't care. He's excited and it's showing. He pauses only to take out his seal and speak into it.]Merry Christmas, Splendor! He's only the most amazing old man ever! On Christmas Eve, he goes out in his sleigh pulled by magic, flying reindeer and delivers toys to all the good girls and boys in one night!

It's a big animal with antlers. Like a normal deer, but it can fly.

I haven't, but Momma has. And she says he's a big man, all round and stuff, and he wears red and white and he has a beard!
