Nothing outright negative was noted, it seemed that the few failures were benign or rather, misinterpreted.

Phasing certainly seems to play a large part in it. But none of the subjective ones would have worked at all if intent was not acknowledged.

I don't know what to tell you, Maka. I'm beginning to wonder now if I just imagined talking to him.

As for Medusa... I apologize. I thought I'd be able to pinpoint her location in a city like this where she can't run outside it's boundaries, but I've found no trace. It's inexcusable.
