[ After having been shocked to the point of not moving from seeing the Shimon crest engraved on the metal device in his pocket, it caused Julie to require more than just a minute or two to finally snap out of it and remember what he had intended to be doing with it in the first place. With his electronic pass in hand for the apartment building and the Seal in the other, he manages to (eventually) make some sort of sense out of how the thing actually works.
He takes another moment or two before he actually shows up on the Seal, the same old care-free smile plastered on his face. His tone is light, almost uncaring, brushing the entire thing off without much thought. ]
