Well, this is new...

[Yuri, as smart as he was, decided to pick a direction and follow it, ignoring the notice board - who reads thoses anyways? - and walked for awhile until he wound up in the middle of the park. ...W-well, I know this may sound unbelievable, but in this city, wishes may actually come true. I've heard that some of them don't turn out the way they were suppose to though... And there are things you can't wish for...

...And so, some... strange things happen because of the wishes, like... a heat wave in the middle of winter we had some time ago.
