[ The Golden Entranceway.
Right, he knew what it was. It was a place he's never seen before in his life. The architecture was grand, yes. It was of a familiar period to him, that could also be somewhat true, but it was nothing he'd ever seen in St. Helena. Truth be told, he wasn't known to leave the city much but that doesn't -in any way- explain

But, despite not knowing where he was Kaldur was not going to let himself panic. He needed answers and so the first thing to do would be to find someone who knew something.
He kept his seal out to be safe, it seems a very handy communication device, before walking further out into the lavish entrance way. The first person he noticed was someone his own age examining the seal. Either this person was randomly strolling by and studying it on a whim or he was curious about the new device having just arrived.
Kaldur decided to assume the second one. Plus, he seemed to be talking to himself and wondering aloud what was going on.]
Excuse me, but did you also just arrive?
Reply
W-What do you mean by arrived? Do people normally do that here?

Kaldur looked down at his own seal again, it appeared the other had one was well.]
I am not sure if it is normal. I do know that I was not here a moment ago...
[Mentally, he realized he had been no where near the teleport tubes either...the ones that allowed access to various Justice League locations]
only that there was a music box that had caught my attention and the next instance it was gone and I was here.

The music box? I-
[ He was holding one, wasn't he? He was sure it was Elanore's, although she wasn't the type of person to just leave things afloat in his room it also wasn't like Edel owned one himself - ]
... How do you know about the music box? Wait, you held one? So there were multiple music boxes?
[ Another slow realization setting in now, hold up- Edel's kinda slow about this. He begins to pace in front of Kaldur now as he attempts awfully to logically understand this situation. ]--! A trap? A magic trap, that would make sense. But magic can't be contained like that, can it? No, it certainly can. Do you know about this? Have you ever dealt with a magic-laced item? Surely they come to life at times, but nothing inanimate is able to conjure up a high-grade teleportation link. That's impossible, it requires human thought. Not fragments of human thought, of course not- then everything could up and disappear in an instant- I mean, an honest to God ( ... )

That doesn't reinforce the theory that this is a dream at all.
Jack isn't exactly enthusiastic about approaching the stranger, but he'll take just about any excuse to break away from the stream of voices in his head he's been trying to adamantly to ignore (and occasionally shouted back at) to talk to someone who is actually standing in front of him.
Supposedly.
Jack stops a little farther from Edel than he had originally planned, but their distance is close enough to make it clear that he's the one Jack is addressing. He hesitates for a moment because, really -- what is he going to say?
He clears his throat.]
Excuse me.

There was a time and a place to think about this - ]
...Pardon?
[ He looked around. Yep. It was him. Best not be too rude, of course. He was lost, he really didn't need to upset anyone on accident.
Right, and so he cleared his throat before he spoke- ]
Yes? Can I help you? Actually, would you happen to know the Apothecary's location? I seem to have gotten lost.

The...
[He blinked once, slowly, frowned and arched his eyebrows before turning his head slightly to the side, like it would help him hear better.]
The 'Apothecary'?
[Whatever that name stood for, it didn't spark very good signs in his mind.]
