002 ♕ Video [Operation: Search For the Bitty]

[Now, it's been a while since this particular outsider has spoken as of late. Settling in, keeping track of those he knows in the city, occasionally speaking briefly to the others... But this time is different. He's not exactly a cheerful mouse. In fact, one could say he's rather livid even with the head-splitting migraine he had developed.

[Oh, Chibiterasu's ticked off now. He'd seen all of one or two seconds of the boy smiling before some other thing--thing, it wasn't a person, there was no way it could be, it had been too dark, too evil had shut off the feed. Chibi had only seen its hand and the barest outline of what might have been a face, but it had sent chills down his spine and now he's pissed and upset and determined he's going to help this boy

[It only takes him a minute to get back to the feeds, blinking. A...wolf pup? Oh, what pretty markings! Either way, he can see the anger and determination in Chibiterasu's eyes, and he knows that kind of bark well enough thanks to Pluto. Speaking of which, Pluto gives a faint bark in return. Another canine?

Mickey sets it so Pluto's visible on the seal. He'd... let the canines talk.

Pluto looks up. He's sorry he's in such bad shape for a newcomer. ]

[Now's not the time to be worrying about that! Besides, there's the dog, he can tell Chibi what's going on even if the mouse thing looks like he's in rough shape.]

[What's the plan? Does anyone know where the boy's being held? The longer people wait, the worse it's going to be. He shakes and barks again, kind of impatiently, and Tsumugari cleaves at the air as if in response, swinging out of view before settling back into its place over the puppy.]

[It's okay, things happen. He lets out a sort of dismissive whine. At the moment he's a little more concerned with finding the lost boy. He'll have time to get to know you later.]

[... Then again, he isn't used to seeing wolf pups with swords on their backs.]

[Meanwhile, Pluto'll tell the other what's going on! The plan is to get some search parties together and scour the city for the little kid. Obviously we dunno where exactly he is, but we have a few clues...]

[Pluto whines a bit, obviously worried for his little friend. Think you can manage finding the other volunteers?]

I wish we could have been introduced under better circumstances, but I am one of the new faces here that you speak of. I am Aqualad or Kaldur'ahm if you prefer.

[He pauses before continuing, not sure how much he should say or if this is any of his business at all]
I know I do not know much of this place, but if there is anything that I may do to be of help please tell me. I have assisted in the capture of criminals before, as well as, the rescue of those who most need it.

Also, thank you for the warning. I will alert the others who have arrived with me if they have missed this message so that they, too, can be on the look out.

It had been bad enough when Sora'd been scared and hurt and upset. Then Vanitas had messed around with his head when Luke had tried to contact him, and now he'd forgotten his promise. And you didn't break promises. Luke picks up the seal without hesitation. His voice is shaking very slightly - he's fighting to keep his temper under control] I talked to Sora yesterday. And V-Vanitas. I promised Sora I'd tell someone named Ansem to come help him [because I can't]. Do you know who he is? [are you him?]

[He frowns slightly at the seal before responding. Gosh, if Vanitas had meant to stir up negativity--which he probably did--then he did a good job of it.]

Ansem? [So Sora really did trust him, at least sort of. Hm... How long would it be before Riku'd tell the truth?] 'Course I do. He's one of my best pals, after all.

[Yeah, Vanitas's mind games did quite a number on Luke - then again, Luke's always overdone things.

As it is, the relatively calmer reply that Mickey gives, as well as the confirmation that he did know the person Sora was talking about, that allows him to relax a little. ... and realize that he didn't exactly know what he was supposed to do now. He'd just asked Sora who he get to help. There wasn't any... message or anything. The stammer in his voice is more awkward now.] W-well... yeah. I heard him - Sora - and I asked him who to get to help because... I kind of can't now. [and he hates this.] And he said Ansem. So... if you could tell him, then... I'd appreciate it. Thanks.

[a pause] What's going to happen? [He's at least guessing that that announcement wasn't made for no reason.]

[His mind games do a number on everyone - Luke's not alone in that.

He nods faintly. Yep, he could tell 'Ansem' for ya. After all, they're pals! But... haha, already a step ahead.] Welp, he's already looking for him. Has been since he found me.

... I don't know. Vanitas always was a wild card. We just don't want anyone else to get hurt because of him.

[Just saying his name makes her frown, her brows furrow. So the bad vibes she felt when they last talk were justified. She was tired of this. This feeling of helplessness was getting more frustrating by the minute. They all needed to find Sora and soon. And then, her eyes widen in sudden realization. Her hand suddenly reaches into her pocket, playing with the pins that were inside it.]

I... might have an idea on how we can find Sora.

Uh, I sorta have the power to "read" minds when I wear this on my clothes. Maybe... if I can concentrate enough, I can filter out the thoughts of everyone in the city and then zero in on Sora's?
