And is having a lot of fun popping them and laughing, enjoying herself, not caring or thinking on cleaning herself and her clothes from the paint later

there's a friggin' lot of new and unusual to see around here, apparently - girls popping transparent bubbles and magically getting plastered in colors not the least of such. so Alex slows to a stop mere yards away, weight shifted to one leg and his head tilted along with such, a smirk-of-a-smile to go along with his considering gaze.

teeth peek out at a corner eventually. maybe because laughter is infectious? or maybe because it's just one of the goofiest things he's ever seen. who knows?]

The Locals are the ones you see walking around and kind of....ignoring the rest of us? They don't pay us much mind besides when some get into fights and they stop them.

Yes. The Locals don't seem to approve of violence.

I agree, I understand why they don't approve, but others seem more annoyed about it, I think. It does mostly stop the thugs and ruffians being too much trouble though.
