[The Paint Bubbles have slowly dissipated over the past day, and now have entirely disappeared. Not only that, but it appears a rainstorm has moved in over most districts to wash any paint that may have splattered onto roads or buildings off

[Sorry Ash, looks like this Local is too busy having a silent conversation with his Swordsman bro to pay any attention to you.]

[What the hell is wrong with you people? Going to try to, well, you know, push and shove you!!]

[In the blink of an eye, the Swordsman's sword is out, the flat of the blade separating the young man from the Locals before he can get closer. The swordsman, however, appears to take no notice of the young boy, continuing the conversation with his fellow Local, who is currently sitting on the floor and lounging against the wall.]

Witch! and probably swordsman later :

[Spying a certain dame walking by, the previously hard to notice Claire Stanfield raises his head and walks out into the rain behind her, hands in his pockets. Somehow he manages to avoid making any noise in the rain, but figures she knows he's there. She is a witch, right?]

[Of course she knows he's there, but she's not exactly in the mood for a conversation (not that she'd start one up anyway) so she'll just keep on walking, somehow staying dry despite having no umbrella.]

[As he walks he finds that incredibly interesting. He's following her pretty comfortably, and decides to start talking like they'd already been conversing.]

...So I guess it's no big deal for you to be out in the rain, but how come you're so scarce these days?

[As typical, the woman continues her walk without so much as a twitch, completely silent and ignoring the man behind her's question.]

[ Izaya's eyes widen in excitement as he spots that particular woman out in the rain, presumably heading towards her usual place. it had been a long time, hadn't it? and was it just the time that had lapsed, or did she look a little bit different? ]

Yo! I've been wondering about you.

[It had been awhile, but if Izaya was expecting a happy reunion (which he hopefully wasn't), he was getting anything but. In fact, the woman even seemed to be missing her signature smile today. Looks like someone woke up on the wrong side of the bed.

Either way, the man addressing her is going to get flat out ignored, like always.]

[ aha ha. of course not. that didn't make him any less excited, though in comparison to his average encounter with her, she sure seemed grumpy. it wasn't like he didn't recall what had happened last time they'd met but so much time had passed and hey, he had been knocked out by the swordsman, so they were pretty much even. ]

I'm glad you decided to show your face again, even if you don't look all that happy to see me.

[The woman continues her silent trek through the rain (somehow managing to stay dry despite no umbrella), turning the corner onto the street the library is on.]

[After Lelouch shared his theories about the city with everyone, Kamina had decided to go investigate the Golden Entranceway for clues. Okay, well maybe he was looking for a sandwich shop and got lost. The point is that he's there now, under one of the back staircases, and looking particularly irritated]

[Caught up in what appears to be a silent conversation, two Locals are situated behind the same back stair case, one hooded and sitting on the ground, the other looking as if he's barely even there while standing in front of the one lounging on the ground.]

[walks over and stands right beside the one standing up in front of the other one]

OI, YOU THERE!

[Despite the volume of the man's voice, the two Locals continue conversing as if he isn't even there. Not even a twitch or shift of their weight gives any indication they even know someone else is in their vicinity.]

[The young woman ghosts lightly down the mountain path, ignoring the question aimed at her. Despite the cold, she doesn't appear to even have goosebumps.]

[The woman continues on silently, apparently completely oblivious that she is being addressed.]
