[he nods. It's kind of annoying, but he guesses it's better to convince these locals that he really is practicing first, so they don't stop him or anything. Besides he really doesn't want to hurt anyone if it's just practice, at least nothing outside the usual bumps and bruises from a good training session.

Oh, uh... not really I guess. I still need to find a good place to practice though... And for it to stop raining, unless there's a good place indoors.

I think the locals were initially a little stricter about it, but I've sparred with several people in the last few months and never had problems. I suppose... [quiet yawn] ...it's the intention that you draw your weapon with that Splendor is wary of.
