Everyone, please be joyous with me! Tomorrow is Texi'vychratk Day! I am making wreathes to place upon the heads of unhappy people so that all their unhappiness will be erased! If you would like me to make a wreath for you to give to an unhappy friend, please tell me!

Yes. During that festival...people wear wreathes of flowers over their heads, dance around a wooden pole, throw bean trivias to each other (but be careful about the pigeons) and wish for an eternal peace to be blessed to the manga world.
