[He looked like a cat at first glance to anyone that happened to be looking his way, at least pretty much like one. The two tails were a dead giveaway and his features were a bit different. To any that look close enough, there was a collar around his neck.

"Tall" and "dark hair" is a bit vague! [ heck, it can even describe him. ]

Maybe there's something that's physically unique about him that can tell him apart from everyone else.
