Welp, if I didn't know any better I'd say it's just a lunar eclipse. I've seen a couple, and Master Yen Sid [Cue the all too knowing eye roll...somewhere.] taught me a bit about the stars, but never mentioned a moon goin' pink before. Or else I'd say it's normal.

[In the end, 'soon' ends up being two hours (no thanks to a certain stalker). By then Riku himself feels a little run down from spending the day waiting for some other sign of the darkness moving in on Splendor (other than the obvious of course), driving himself restless and anxious and (presumably) the encounter on his way home.
Thankfully Mickey should have kept the kid company for at least some of that time. When is careful at opening the door, when he finally arrives in front of his room, keeping his voice low since he doesn't want to wake Sora in case he had fallen asleep.]
