[So hey Splendor, if you hadn't already gotten enough new arrivals there seems to be another one staring blankly out at the city from...well, he's not quite sure where he is really. Its a rather lavish hall, one that he's pretty sure doesn't just pop out of the ground and go unnoticed. In fact, Russia's not quite certain of how he got here at all.

[Somewhere in the back of his mind, he was wondering if somehow America had accidentally wished for Russia to show up, given all the times he's blamed this whole place and pretty much everything bad that happened there on the other nation. On the other hand, it could simply be pure coincidence as others have came and went, without much rhyme or reason as it would seem.]

It seems that it's working just fine. [He spoke politely enough, offering a smile as he did.]

[Russia blinks as Canada pops up in the screen. Well, at least he wasn't the only nation here. Wherever here was.

He smiles a bit in response, in an oddly pleasant mood despite having been nation-napped]

Canada. Would you happen to know where we are? [And there he goes, cutting to the chase.]

[Hopefully Russia forgives him for looking so... startled. Surprised, even. Someone finally remembered who he was? Splendor truly was a magical place.

...okay. He's better now, though he's still smiling quite happily.] We're currently located in Splendorocity. It's a rather quaint place, really, though going home seems to be the hard part. Nobody's quite sure how that works.

[Francis is curious about this chunk of gold he got upon arriving. Now... he's not good at anything involving technology, so he's really not hoping for all that much. It wouldn't surprise him if operating the seal ended in a misfire and the man losing an eye or something.

Buuut. Something bizarre happens and he can see Russia there as clear as day, which is strange as it insinuates that things went right. He doesn't hide the confusion in his voice.]

I'm not certain as to whether I should be insulted or not, Frantsiya [But he grins a bit and there's humor in his eyes as he shrugs.] Apparently its possible if you're persistent enough.
